1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Lilly's Cleaning Cape Cod, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Lilly's Cleaning Cape Cod provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Cape Cod, Massachusetts area. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Regular residential cleaning
  • Commercial office cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Home organization services

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling

Services are scheduled by mutual agreement. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled timeframe, though external factors may occasionally cause delays.

Cancellations by Client

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Cancellations by Company

We reserve the right to cancel service due to unsafe conditions, threatening behavior, or other circumstances that make service provision unsafe or impractical. In such cases, clients will receive full notice and refund of any prepayment.

4. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes:

  • Providing keys, access codes, or other entry methods
  • Ensuring pets are secured or properly managed
  • Notifying us of any potential hazards or special considerations
  • Providing parking access for our vehicles

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service, clients should:

  • Remove clutter from surfaces to be cleaned
  • Secure valuables and fragile items
  • Inform us of any areas or items that should not be touched
  • Disclose any hazardous conditions or substances on the property
  • Provide adequate utilities (water, electricity) for cleaning

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

Service pricing is based on factors including property size, service type, frequency, and specific requirements. We provide estimates before service and final invoices after completion.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For recurring services, automatic payment arrangements may be available.

Late Payments

Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees and may result in suspension of future services until the balance is settled.

7. Liability and Insurance

Lilly's Cleaning Cape Cod carries liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We take responsibility for damage caused by our negligence during service provision.

Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service during which damage occurred. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects
  • Damage to items not properly secured by the client
  • Damage resulting from hidden or undisclosed hazards
  • Normal wear and tear on surfaces
  • Items of exceptional value unless specifically disclosed and insured

Claims

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and fairly.

8. Quality Guarantee

We are committed to quality service. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any missed areas or concerns at no additional charge.

9. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with appropriate notice:

  • One-time services: No notice required
  • Weekly service: One week notice
  • Bi-weekly or monthly service: Two weeks notice

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding your property and personal information. Our team members are trained in professional conduct and discretion. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

11. Safety and Health

We use eco-friendly cleaning products by default. If you have specific allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences, please inform us before service. We follow CDC and state health guidelines for sanitation and safety.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve any disputes amicably through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
